Meet Tutu

Tutu is the founder and support worker behind Epic Care by Air. He is passionate about helping people with disability enjoy greater independence, confidence and connection through personalised community experiences.

With experience supporting people with diverse needs—including autism, vision and hearing impairment, mental health conditions and dementia—Tutu brings patience, reliability and positive energy to every experience. He holds an NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check, First Aid and CPR, and is completing his Certificate III in Individual Support.

Tutu has a background in fashion, fitness and creative industries and enjoys coffee outings, beach walks, exercise, healthy lunches, museums, galleries and discovering new places. He takes the time to understand each participant’s interests, choices and goals, creating four-hour and eight-hour experiences that are safe, engaging and genuinely enjoyable.

For Tutu, support work is about more than completing daily tasks—it is about building trust, sharing meaningful experiences and helping every participant live life on their own terms.
